Cheese is a type of food occasionally found in SLASH'EM.[1] It can be used to tame sewer rats, black rats, giant rats and pack rats.[2] Even though its material is listed as fleshy (presumably so that carnivorous monsters would eat it), eating cheese does not violate the vegetarian conduct.[3] Cheese has an excellent nutrition/weight ratio (250/2 = 125), second only to lembas wafers.
