Chiropterans are a playable bat race added in dNethack. They can fly, have an extra bite attack, and have a higher-than-normal carrying capacity. However, they are large size and have an animaloid body plan, which seriously limits the types of armor they find. They can be Binders, Cavepersons, Convicts, Rogues, and Rangers.
