I have edited the famous nevanda tileset for the needs of nethack 3.6.0.

You must convert the .png into a .bmp (4.441 KB, without color-information) and add "OPTIONS=tile_file:nevanda_3.6.0_x32.bmp,tile_width:32,tile_height:32" in your defaults.nh. You must convert the image to a .bmp using something that DOES NOT preserve alpha. Many online converting services preserve alpha. Also, make sure that you download the right file. A few times, users have downloaded the preview, which will not work, as the resolution is different than that of the correct file.
