Hobbit (starting race)

The hobbit is a race specific to SLASH'EM that start with the useful intrinsics speed and infravision, and with the blink technique.
Racial benefits and restrictions
Hobbits can be either neutral or lawful. They can be rangers, flame mages, ice mages, monks, priests, tourists, undead slayers, wizards, or yeomen

Roles
With the good physical stats, mages are not advised due the low intelligence, however they can do well with wisdom based ones. Hobbits are not allowed to #twoweapon
