A rubber hose is a weapon often carried by Kops. It uses the whip skill. It is never randomly generated.
Unlike the bullwhip, a rubber hose can not be applied for special effects. However it does slightly more damage, and does normal damage to thick-skinned monsters.
Strategy
Mostly useless. A bullwhip has some utility but is a terrible weapon. Rubber hoses are simply bad weapons.
