Hello.

The traps page has the noxious gas trap doing constitution abuse, while this page has it dealing strength damage.

Which of the two pages is right? I would test but it would take a while to generate the right chest trap.

Both of them. The trap damages strength but abuses constitution. See trap.c, line 3699.--Ray Chason 18:00, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

Poisoned Weapons

Does toilet-dipping only work on bladed weapons? Same question for shopkeeper poisoning service. -AileTheAlien 03:59, 11 February 2011 (UTC)

Also, what are the chances that a poisoned weapon will become non-poisoned after use? --AileTheAlien 20:25, 8 April 2011 (UTC)

1 in (10 - (item's weight / 10)). weight/10 rounds down, so for most items it is 0. -- Qazmlpok 21:26, 9 April 2011 (UTC)

Attribute damage

Chance of attribute damage is always 5 times as likely as instadeath. This is no coincidence, but a result of how the code is. Maybe this should be mentioned and tables simplified. (When I corrected the projectile instadeath chance, I forgot to also do so with the attribute part, but the same applies there) --FIQ (talk) 20:34, 8 April 2016 (UTC)

Eating a poisonous corpse

If you eat a poisonous corpse and get intrinsic poison resistance, which is applied first, the poison effect or the resistance? WarriorX90 (talk) 06:53, 7 November 2017 (UTC)
