Add LRS (Larn Revenue Service). Add how to make initialisms like ?oGD.

Kernigh: Not comprehensive yet, but I included many initialisms, including 'E' (Elbereth in IRC) and 'S' (SLASH'EM in rgrn subject lines) and 'IRC' and 'rgrn'.
