Furey: Resolve this todo. Pre 3.6.3, altar_wrath happened only if kick incurred no damage. In 3.6.3 and after, altar_wrath happens before checking for damage. But altar_wrath does not effect anger. Just alignment record (co-aligned) or luck (cross-aligned).
