Dgn comp - Revision history

Furey: Add a history section. There was a TODO; satisfy it. dgn_comp and dungeon.def first appeared in NetHack 3.1.0, are still in use in NetHack 3.6.7, and will be replace by Lua files in NetHack 3.7.0.
