At [[experience level]] 10, they learn the [[tinker]] technique.

Humans, elves, gnomes and dwarves are always hostile; other kobolds are [[peaceful]] to them.

They start with [[poison resistance]].

They start with the following additional items, if not a Convict or Caveman:
