发射出去的岩石在落到[[水域]]时，有{{frac|3}}的概率发生“打水漂”现象，在水面弹跳数次并飞行到更远的距离，在弹跳过程中，岩石不会打中水下的怪物{{refsrc|src/zap.c|3244|nethack=3.6.7}}{{refsrc|src/zap.c|3346|nethack=3.6.7}}。
