Is '''turn (command)''' the proper way to title this page? Merging all this information into [[turn]] would have been a mess, I think, and it doesn't really fit under [[turn undead]] (the spell) either.

 :Yes, [[Turn]] is something completely separate, but the #turn command is similar enough to  wands and spells of undead turning to place them all on the same page. In fact #turn is pretty much the same thing as the wand, but adjusted for your level and alignment, and minus the punning resurrection behaviour. I'd move this page to [[turn undead]] and add info on the wand and spell.

I wrote the ''How to write a great article'' section on the community page a long long time ago, and I think the style guide now supercedes that advice.
