The Ruinous Descent of Stars has several effects related to [[sanity]] and [[insight]]:
* At less than 100 sanity, The Ruinous Descent of Stars deals extra [[acid]] damage equal to 2d(sanity lost / 4), with a cap of 2d12 at 52 sanity or less; with [[clear thoughts]], this is reduced to +1d12.
* At 6+ insight, The Ruinous Descent of Stars deals +1d6 [[fire]] damage for every 6 insight, up to +6d6 fire damage at 36+ insight.
