Pages with only {{tl|stub}} on them are much useful; it only moves them from [[Special:Wantedpages]] to [[:Category:Stubs]], though the former might update less often and be harder to find. A "{{tl|stub}}"-only page is somewhat like applying a [[magic marker]] to write a [[blank scroll]], though the scroll be already blank.
