I have edited the famous nevanda tileset for the needs of nethack 3.6.0.

You must convert the .jpg into a .bmp (4.441 KB, without color-information) and add "OPTIONS=tile_file:nevanda_3.6.0_x32.bmp,tile_width:32,tile_height:32" in your defaults.nh.
