A silver mace is a type of blunt weapon found in SporkHack and SLASH'EM.
It shares all properties with the ordinary mace, save that it is made of silver. It is therefore also inherently fooproof. It is possible, but almost never wise, to wish for a non-artifact silver mace.
SLASH'EM
In SLASH'EM, it appears randomly but does not exist as an artifact. In this variant, its weight increases by 6.
SporkHack
In SporkHack, silver maces are never generated randomly and exist only to be the base item for Demonbane, which is the only artifact silver mace. Its weight is the same as the ordinary mace (30).
