Cost: Cloak of Displacement vs Elven Cloak

Monetary cost does not always directly translate to item effectiveness, which is also a very situational quality for a significant amount of the game. Also, the source code cited for elven replacement items outright says as much. --Umbire the Phantom (talk) 05:17, 24 November 2020 (UTC)
