I know it says peaceful monsters can be scared now, I just thought that little wrinkle that pets count too would aid people making the game that little bit easier. : My wizard and I have been using that property to identify the scrolls for a while now. Notably, they scare [[Shopkeeper|shopkeepers]] and [[Aligned priest|temple priests]] too.

Was playing through turns too fast, picking up and putting down the scroll to see if it disintegrated to identify, when I noticed what I think was briefly flashing across my screen that my pet cat fled from me (!!). Was playing too fast like I said, so I may have misread it, but once I or someone else verifies that pets can get scared by scare monster scrolls, it might be worth including as it would make identification that much easier in 3.6.0 Amp-The-Champ (talk) 15:11, 23 May 2017 (UTC)

My wizard and I have been using that property to identify the scrolls for a while now. Notably, they scare shopkeepers and temple priests too.
