Most epic win: getting a +6 Excalibur, a +5 Mjollnir, +2 GoP, and +2 GDSM, dying, and then finding them in bones with the next six characters I played.

Most epic fail: play Valkyrie! defeat Surtur! immediately drown in lava because the potion of levitation wore off...
