The water troll, T, is a type of troll in NetHack and therefore revives after being killed. It walks on water, and therefore cannot be permanently killed by dumping its corpse into the water.
Water trolls are not randomly generated; the only natural water trolls in the game are two of them that appear in one version of Medusa's Island.
