Fog/vapor cloud
Found only on the Wizard quest, it only obstructs vision.
Cloudy area
These are found only on the Plane of Air. When lightning strikes, you are paralyzed if standing in these; free action is no defense against this effect.
UnNetHack
In UnNetHack, clouds are sometimes generated within Sheol.
