Converting dragon scales into dragon scale mail with a blessed scroll of enchant armor increases the enchantment of the resulting armor by 1. Does that increase come with the regular chance of evaporating a set that is already at +5, or is it a special case that allows you to get a guaranteed +6 suit of armor?
