How would you rank the (vanilla) quest artefacts in general?--Jubilex

That's a too general question, depends on the character. The eye is really good for a wizard, but kind of useless for a barbarian. I never use the tsurugi of muramasa, on the other hand, i did use the heart of ahriman. And don't forget to sign. --Quantum Immortal (talk) 22:18, 25 August 2015 (UTC)

IMHO, the Master Key of Thievery (if chaotic) is outstanding. I would take that over any artifact weapon. My 1st ascension (chaotic Barbarian) was done 2 weaponing a trident and silver saber. The Key was a MAJOR factor in surviving the Quest and the end game. If lawful, Excalibur is a very good weapon and coupled with a silver saber (both fully enchanted) makes a great combo for Gehennom and end game. Totally agree with Quantum on Eye of Aethiopica. Good luck. Demonbane, Werebane, Ogresmasher, Dragonbane, Giantslayer, Orcrist, Trollsbane and Sting are good for selling to shops, period. Mannc (talk) 15:01, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
