This is a list of Japanese words used in the Samurai quest, and translations thereof.
- Kami- god, spirit
- Teki- enemy
- Daimyo- lord
- Ikaga desu ka- how are you doing?
- Ronin- masterless samurai
- Sake, saki- rice wine
- San- honorific, roughly equal to "mister," but gender-neutral
- Matsu- to wait
- Hara-kiri- ritual suicide by impaling oneself on one's sword
- Wakarimasu- understand, as in "do you understand?"
- Kyokaku- city rebel
- Bushido- warrior code
- Donjon- keep
- Seppuku- ritual suicide
