Mirror Brand may be generated in one of the minor spires encountered in the Outlands rings of the Neutral Quest.
Description
While wielded, Mirror Brand grants reflection. Versus non-neutral monsters, it has +1 to-hit, deals double damage and can apply extra magical effects similar to those of Magicbane, adding a +2d10 damage bonus if the effect occurs and the target monster fails a check versus their MR score.

The identity of Balance is its citizens and its guardians.
Its citizens are those who are neither too cruel nor too
kind. Its guardians however must kill and save innocents,
must be selfish and charitable in equal quantities. The face
of Balance is the rilmani, the guardians. They are forever
walking the line, ever seeking to keep themselves in
equilibrium. Who they are is this walking, this act of
treading upon the thinnest of strands.
