The Plane of Water is the last of the four Elemental Planes. It is completely full of water and contains water elementals and sea monsters.
Bubbles of air form a type of ground in the level; the bubbles move on their own and, without levitation, the player cannot leave them. The magic portal to the Astral Plane is located in one of the bubbles.
