The quasit, i, is a minor demon in NetHack. They have a unique poison which drains dexterity instead of strength, but are otherwise largely unremarkable. The quasit respects Elbereth.
Quasit corpses are safe to eat and have a 20% chance of granting poison resistance.
The quasit is the predominant monster in the Knight quest.
