SliceHack is a variant of SpliceHack created by msearle5. Although it has added many new features, it has never been formally announced, and was unknown to the larger community until it was discovered by AntiGulp, the SpliceHack developer. Much of the SliceHack code has since been merged into SpliceHack, and some isolated features have been merged into xNetHack and EvilHack as well.
SliceHack is not currently available for play on any servers, but the code is available for building at https://github.com/msearle5/slicehack.
