Strategy

This spell has too high a level, and too high a failure rate even when cast successfully, to be useful for most characters. Non-wizards will find the spell hunger to be fairly costly, not to mention the time spent recovering their power. Moreover, the spell cannot give the effect of a blessed scroll.

Only wizards might consider using the spell to save themselves a few charges on their magic markers. And since wizards rely on spells instead of weapons, the real advantage is even smaller.

However, this spell, is probably useful for players attempting conducts.
