*I would assume the problem is the spell failure chance that is the problem, rather than obtaining the book. Since the spell isn't permanent and has a fairly short duration, they will also want to be able to cast it without having to remove all their armor.

  • I would assume the problem is the spell failure chance that is the problem, rather than obtaining the book. Since the spell isn't permanent and has a fairly short duration, they will also want to be able to cast it without having to remove all their armor.
