The Storm Whistle is the Ice Mage quest artifact in SLASH'EM. It is a magic whistle with unique properties: when carried, it grants warning, teleport control and fire resistance. When #invoked, it summons a tame water elemental. It is lawful for wishing purposes.[1]

Strategy

Warning and teleport control are nice, but overall this is one of the weaker quest artifacts. Water elementals aren't terribly useful pets, and its properties can be mostly or entirely superseded.
