The two-headed troll is a monster added in SLASH'EM. Like all trolls, there is a chance that a dead troll will come back to life. Like an ettin, the second head only gives the troll additional attacks and does not allow it to wear a second helmet or amulet or provide any additional defense against the beheading attack of Vorpal Blade.
