Silver hating

There are bit of information about silver-haters scattered around silver, pet, armor, Shade, and perhaps other places. Where should they be consolidated?

• silver hating pets don't pick up silver objects
• s h monsters don't wield silver weapons
• do they wear shields of reflection?
• d20 damage docu; silver arrow exception; wearing or wielding rings
• pacifists, take care not to kill yenooghu with a silver wand
• vladsbane
