Forum:Ceiling collapse?

Okay, so, I'm really curious about something. A certain bug (#C343-102) says something about the "ceiling collapsing". What is this actually referring to? The only things I know of that interact with the ceiling are certain objects thrown upwards and lurkers above, so I'm really super duper curious what this could possibly mean. Any ideas?
