A nethack variant based on NetHack4. Changes include rebalancing wands, bug fixes, the monster AI using more items and more consistently, and monster extrinsics/intrinsics being consistent with players (hooray for very fast Archons and stoning being a delayed instadeath?). Planned changes include reworking monster spellcasting to use the same system as for players, improving the monster AI, and more.
