Forum:Unihack magic lamp dijin says I can not grant magic items

Hi I started playing unnethack for the first time and I came across a magic lamp. When I asked for a artifact the dijin said I can not grant magic items. Is this the case with all magic lamps in unihack? Or is there some other rubric going on e.g. I was pretty low level. Ndwolfwood 10:28, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
