The hill orc, o, is the weakest form of orc normally found in NetHack. They are weak individually, but always appear in large groups which can pose a problem to those not used to dealing with them. They frequently carry scimitars and wear orcish helms. Hill orcs respect Elbereth and are safe to eat.
