Adds a new item, scroll of flood. Basically, it floods a circle around you with a decent radius. More specifically, reading a scroll of flood which is:
- uncursed creates water around you in a similar fashion to an overflowing fountain, but with a higher probability per square, and a chance of including your own square.
- blessed has the same effect, except you're safe from it.
- cursed restricts the flood to the square you're standing on.
It has the opposite effect when you're confused; it removes a circle of water from around your character. The radius depends on its cursed or blessed status in this case.
