:::The other suggestions don't seem much better. I don't see the benefit of using a recently-invented inaccurate term over a well-established inaccurate term. "Delayed instadeath" is used by many other roguelike communities as well. Mr. Rankin's suggestion was made a little over six years ago now, and nobody, as far as I can tell, is using any of the suggested terms; that, to me, says that we should have the page under the name as it is used "in the wild". --[[User:GreyKnight|GreyKnight]] 21:41, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Move page to "Delayed death"?

For how is it "sure" if it can be averted? --Ichgucknurmal 12:08, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

It's most commonly known as a "delayed instadeath", which is also technically inaccurate; I've never heard "delayed sure death" before, I assume it was invented solely for this article? I'd support moving to "delayed instadeath", and just place a note acknowledging the contradictory nature of the name with an explanation of the history thereof, unless someone has a better idea. --GreyKnight 20:09, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
