Two Questions:
1. Do you get benefits of exercise when wearing Gloves of Strength or Dexterity?
2. What happens if one loses strength due to poisoning, then exercises it until it gains a point, then applies a unicorn horn? To what level will it rise (if any)?

Rewrite
I rewrote the explanation of the calculcations in exercise checks. It was unclear, and incorrect as far as I could tell.
