Is the Norn required to complete the Quest? She disappeared after permitting me on it, and didn't reappear after I brought back the Orb. I exhausted the Orb's charges scrying for @ on every level, but couldn't find her. Got the Bell and Quest Artifact, is there anything I would need her for? 98.172.189.77 17:17, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
