Frobbozz is an IRC bot that is meant to give annoying information that might save <b>many</b> lives of newbies.  It is not yet in an even <b>remotely</b> usable state.  The source is always available [http://shalott.net/~elijah/irc.py here].  The reason that it randomly says either &ldquo;schroeder&rdquou; or &ldquo;smiley&rdquo; is because in an earlier implimentation, for reasons that are not known, it said those.
