Frobbozz is an IRC bot that is meant to give annoying information that might save many lives of newbies. It is not yet in an even remotely usable state. The source is always available here. The reason that it randomly says either “schroeder” or “smiley” is because in an earlier implimentation, for reasons that are not known, it said those.
