A triple-headed flail is a type of weapon that appears in EvilHack and Hack'EM. It is a two-handed melee weapon that uses the flail skill, and has a default object material of bone.
The triple-headed flail is the base item for the artifact weapon Butcher.
Generation
Triple-headed flails are not randomly generated, though they can be wished for.
If Butcher is left in a bones file, it will revert to a triple-headed flail since it is intended to always generate in the possession of Yeenoghu.
Encyclopedia entry
When you are swinging a spiky ball on a chain, the only
realistic option is to keep moving. Standing still is an
interesting but brief demonstration of a spiral in action.
