Dying

Death is an event unambiguously marked by the message:

"Do you want your possessions identified?"

Death is also one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, residing on the Astral Plane and marked by a purple &, like major demons. Death's attack reduces your maximum hit points. Death always leaves a corpse, which will resurrect after time, or if you attempt to pick it up. Death's corpse cannot be tinned. Death is immune to death rays from a wand of death, and the touch of death.
