Anyway, existing artifact count ''is'' respected in some cases (it usually reduces the chance to get more, but never eliminates it!), but destroying one of them does not decrement it, nor does anything else. - There is no such thing as max artifacts. Unless you get every artifact in the game, I guess. Anyway, existing artifact count is respected in some cases (it usually reduces the chance to get more, but never eliminates it!), but destroying one of them does not decrement it, nor does anything else.
