Forum:Is there any way to protect yourself from the effects of a wand of slow monster?

If a monster zaps a wand of slow monster and you're hit, is there any way to protect or nullify the effects? Thank you.
- I somehow doubt they zap them at all, but shades do slow a player without MC3. If you're really afraid, you can carry a wand of speed monster or some extrinsic source of speed. --Tjr 09:03, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
