I am trying to play as a cultist in vanilla NetHack, by making a priest and making him worship Posideon (the closest I could get to the Great Cthulhu). Is it cheating to restart characters again and again in hopes of getting Posideon? Is this like startscumming?

- As long as it's only for role-playing purposes, I don't think it's cheating. --Kahran042 (talk) 02:29, 22 July 2015 (UTC)
