I'm playing nethack on my android tablet using the ASCII tileset with color. The problem is that I cannot see (well barely) the brown color which is used for doors and various monsters.
In the past, I have been able to set custom colors using the options file. However, when I edit my options file, I keep getting "Bad Syntax in OPTIONS".
I've tried:
OPTIONS=VIDEOCOLORS:4-2-6-1-5-3-15-12-10-14-9-13-11
Where 6 is the one I want to change.
I've also tried:
OPTIONS=VIDEOCOLORS:red, green, brown, etc.
But this also generates errors. Tried putting them in quotes as well.
Anyone have any ideas?
Also, trying:
MONSTERCOLOR=floating eye:cyan
generates an error as well. Anyone know anything about these?
