A lot of isolated places host user discussion on NetHack. Let's connect them a bit. Likely I missed some places, given the fragmentation. Please add anything missing.

• This wiki. The largest and most authoritative place, lots of information. The talk pages host a lot of discussion. http://nethackwiki.com

• RGRN is the place to debate minutiae with veteran players. It's alive and kicking, just ignore the spam. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.roguelike.nethack/topics

• GameFaqs -- a socializing forum. http://gamefaqs.com/boards/582497-nethack
• Stackexchange -- questions and answer format. http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/nethack

• Reddit -- a Slashdot for NetHack, but much smaller. http://www.reddit.com/r/nethack/
• Metafilter. Low volume, broad topics, high quality. http://www.metafilter.com/tags/nethack
• NAO forums. Very low activity. http://alt.org/nethack/forum/
• Individual threads on lots of "neighboring" forums: all major roguelikes, somethingawful.com, forum.rpg.net, shrinemaiden.org, ...
• Comments to the excellent @Play column about roguelikes in general. http://www.gamesetwatch.com/column_at_play/
• Facebook has several large groups.
