Grayswandir

Grayswandir is one of the most coveted weapons in Nethack. It is a lawful silver saber, and does an extra d5 to hit and silver damage, and it prevents hallucination. What is really valued about it, though, is that it does double damage to everybody. Aside from this, it is near totally worthless. At best, the silver damage would be worth grabbing it. Don't wish for it unless you can do well with sabers; that's an archaeologist, a knight, a rogue, and a tourist. Otherwise, it isn't worth it.
